Brian Duarte Vice President of Operations
Brian Duarte is BCEW’s Vice President of Operations.Â
He is a proud graduate of The University of Arizona. At a campus job fair, Brian was inspired to pursue a career in the Heavy Equipment Industry, after graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.Â
Prior to working at BCEW, he was the General Manager at Quinn Caterpillar where he was responsible for leading 17 branch locations. He successfully led the company’s five year strategic plan in market share growth, service metrics, employee engagement, customer satisfaction and safety to achieve Top 10 Global Excellence Dealer.Â
In his free time, he can be found serving in his church, leading missions teams to East Africa, coaching and playing basketball with his boys, hiking, camping and spending time with his kids and grandkids.Â
