Rod Lee CEO
Rod is the Chief Executive Officer for Bay City Electric Works. He is the Ambassador of Company Culture assuring that our family first environment is driven throughout the Company and that we live our Core Values daily. He also leads acquisition, real estate, banking, and insurance strategy for BCEW.
Rod received his Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Marycrest College. He also graduated from the General Managers Program at Harvard Business School for Executive Leadership Education.
Prior to becoming a Partner in Bay City in 2007, Rod spent seven years with Kohler Power Systems in Executive Sales and Operations positions. He also spent two years with Newell Rubbermaid at their Amerock Division as Director of Materials and prior to that spent eighteen years with Quanex Corporation at their Nichols Aluminum Group in progressive materials, supply chain, and operations leadership positions. Rod led the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at Bay City starting in 2017 and has mastered the tools and continues to teach the EOS process to the Bay City Team in his Visionary role.
Rod enjoys spending time with family, golf, fishing, attending sporting events, and exercise.
